Winter 2025 Newsletter
Happenings:
Welcome to 2025. So, this is what it feels like to be one-fourth of the way through a century? Seems like just a few days ago everyone was worried about what would happen when the computers entered into 2000.
Over the last quarter we have focused on “ending the year strong” which means a lot of time for our Outside Team on the road to go and visit different distribution partners. All told in the last three months our guys traveled 115 days between the four of them going out and seeing you. Pretty impressive with all of the holidays that were scattered in there.
This has been an eventful year for GPM, the continuation of sales with an amazing group of distribution partners and us growing stronger with our resolve to offer you the best product we can offer.
Thank you for an amazing year and we look forward to 2025 with a renewed purpose and drive into the new year.
Looking forward to an awesome 2025 working with you!
The GPM Team:

DP Pump Updates
We know we touched on it last newsletter, but we wanted to remind everyone. There is a new seal on the market. We are fully converted over to the new eMG seal for all pumps. With this change came a few new items to be aware of: First the part numbers have changed on all of the replacement seal options. Please look at your current 2025 price sheets for the new part numbers (an 8 changed to a 9). Second, these are fully interchangeable with the old seals into the existing B and C generation of pumps that were manufactured. Installation, operation and adjustment are exactly the same as the previous pumps. Finally, there was a change in materials. The 285 F seal is now a Sic/Ca/Peroxide Cured EPDM over the old Tuc/Ca seal. The temperature ratings are the same, however, just the materials have slightly changed. I hope this clears up the minor changes as we go forward with this new update.

Victor Pump News
Coming in 2025 will be a comprehensive set of 60HZ curves for all of the Victor S and R Series pumps. These should be released by the end of this first quarter and make it easier for us to show customers the true abilities of the Victor Pump Line.

The gear pump is one of the most widely used positive displacement pumps. Whether you’re pumping lubrication oil or molasses these pumps can handle it. However not all gear pumps are created equal. There are two types of gear pumps, external and internal. External gear pumps consist of two identical gears (a rotor/driver and idler) rotating against each other on separate shafts. The internal gear pump has a smaller gear (idler) rotating inside a larger gear (rotor/driver). The Victor Gear pump that you represent is an internal gear pump (similar to the Viking).
Below is a look at the differences between the two:
External Gear Pump
These pumps have two gears that work against one another in the opposite direction. Liquid is drawn into the pump as the gears interlock, and the teeth carry the fluid around the pump to the outlet, where it’s forced out as they meet.
Applications – ex. water, fuel, lubricants, hydraulics, chemicals etc.
Advantages – better at handling lower viscosity liquids, smaller flow rates, higher pressures.
Manufacturers – Oberdorfer, Roper
Internal Gear Pumps
These pumps have an outer gear (rotor) and an inner gear(idler). The rotor is mounted to a rotating shaft. The idler is mounted to a fixed shaft (idler pin) on the pump’s front cover plate and is driven by the rotor. The crescent on the pump’s front cover plate separates the gears so they create two flow paths which then re-join as the gears mesh, forcing liquid out the discharge port.
Applications – ex. Asphalt, bitumen, tar, chocolate, peanut butter, paints etc.
Advantages – better at handling higher temperatures, larger flow rates, higher viscosity liquids, have fewer bearings and bushings and favored for more abrasive liquids.

The Greenpumps GPCA magnetic drive centrifugal pump can be configured in centerline mount to meet API 685 which is the magnetic drive equivalent of API 610. The centerline support allows thermal expansion growth of the casing to be symmetric from the shaft centerline outwards. This allows coupling alignment to be maintained regardless of temperature variations. The GPCA is capable of temperatures from -150F to 660F (750F w/ external cooling) and total working pressures up to 1500PSI.
These capabilities along with the absence of a need for a mechanical seal make this pump suitable for oil refinery/petrochemical, thermal oil, powerplant, boiler and chemical transfer applications. GPM is currently working on an application pumping Naphtha with a total working pressure of over 1200PSI with Super Duplex SS casing and Titanium Grade 5 containment shell.

Winter 2024 Newsletter
2024
Welcome to 2024! We here at GPM want to start with a huge thank you to all who made 2023 such an outstanding year, and at the same time welcome the new distribution partners who are seeing this newsletter for the first time.
We did grow once again in 2023 with new employees, new distribution and sales. We can’t say thank you enough for your continued trust in us for supplying you with high quality products.
Happenings:
With the new year, once again comes the show season. We will open this up with AHR 2024 and hope to see everyone who is attending. This is a show that we are going to display our DP Product line and accessories.
We have a booth in the south hall and will be there for all three days.
As a first we will be showing at the SME event in Phoenix at the end of February. The PEMO line with the sludge and slurry pumps will be the primary focus for this event.
We are also looking into the AGG1 show in Nashville at the end of March, but that one is still up in the air.
As always if you are there, would like to attend, or would like to learn more about the shows, please let us know, and if you are in attendance, please stop by and say hello.

DP Pumps
THE 25 and 40 SERIES LOW NPSH ARE HERE! We have the components on the shelf and the pricing is in the price sheets that are being updated for 2024. If you need a Low NPSH impeller we can now add it to our pumps with our standard delivery on the pumps. I am happy to say that there are three units in operation now at a Children’s Hospital in Texas.
We understand that there have been a few issues with the most recent update to DP Select, and there is also a level of frustration related to the submittal information. We are currently working with the factory to resolve the issue with this. If you are working on a project and need submittals for a 304 stainless steel pump, please let us know as we have a couple of the older versions of the software available and can provide the submittal info you need.
We are looking at a price increase for 2024 and hope to have these out to you before the end of January. We are looking to keep our competitive edge on pricing, so if you are running into issues where we aren’t, please let your regional know and we can see what we can do to addres this.

Chris Leadbetter
“New phone who this?” GPM has been looking for a new regional manager for about 7 months now, and the wait is finally over. Currently heralding out of New Braunfels, TX he will be covering the Southwest Region for GPM. With over 19 years of pump industry background in every market from municipal to industrial.
Chris will be joining us at the AHR show in Chicago so all our Southwest Distributors, please stop by and meet your new Regional Manager.

GreenPumps is now offering their GP Gear 200 external gear pump with the standard mag drive assembly. This is a composite external gear pump assembly, designed for a flow of about 1 GPM with a differential pressure to not exceed 145 PSI (Max pressure 232 PSI). The pump can be assembled with FDA compliant materials and is available in ATEX 1 and 2 configurations if need be.
Pump speed is designed around 1750 RPM with a .5 HP motor. Do you have a unique need? We have an answer.

Victor Pumps announce an update to their magdrive magnets on the R35 to R105 pumps. This new magnet will offer a higher breakaway torque value allowing for more consistent operation. The value in these new magnets is that due to the construction it is possible to use a smaller magnet in some configurations, thus not requiring an increase in cost of the pump for better operation.
This change will be phased in slowly across the year as stock of the old magnets is depleted.
Training Classes:
We have at release of this newsletter, had our first full line training class for 2024 (and had over 100 attendees across the three classas). We are jumping back into this and are planning a DP line training class towards the end of February as well. Please let us know what other products you would like to see with a product specific training class so we can get that on the calendar for March and April.

Happenings:
We have hit the final stretch of the year, and we didn’t think it would come up that fast.
After an amazing summer GPM has been at it again! We went to MinExpo and showcased the PEMO pump line for the Mining and Aggregate Industry. This show went off well and allowed us to introduce ourselves to a number of new potential clients as well as new OEMs.
The ASPE show was held in October in Columbus, Ohio. This plumbing show allowed us to talk and work with several of our partners in the commercial market.
We want to thank all of you who showed up at one of the shows, it means a lot not just to us, but also to the OEM representatives that were at the events.
We will have a booth at AHR in Orlando in February and are planning for the AGG1 show in March as well, but more about that in the Winter Newsletter.

DP Pump Updates
DP Pumps is getting a new seal. Eagle- Burgmann has updated the seal design to their eMG design version (old style on the left new on the right).
This new seal is a direct replacement for the existing unit and requires no modification to the pumps for installation. We have already begun using these, and sending them out. The only real noticeable difference is the size of the sealing face on the fixed side of the seal.
We also know that we have had issues with the DP select software. DP recently informed us that there are two new changes coming. The first is that they are working on the update to fix the lack of the DPVF with SAE/ANSI information in DP Select, and this should be out before the end of the year. The second is they are working on a new software program with multiple improvements to make pump selections easier.

Victor Pump News
Victor Pumps is now offering a new alternative to the standard steam-jacketed pump. The new option is using an electric heat system that can be easily connected to the electrical panel to keep the pump (and the liquid inside) warm. This is great for areas where a heating fluid is not available, or when a mobile application is needed. Let us know if you need more information on this new option.

There have been a few questions about how we calculate the NPSHa (Net Positive Suction Pressure Available) for a pump system. And when dealing with a system that is open to atmosphere it is a matter of plugging info into a simple formula:
NPSHa=absolute pressure on surface of liquid (feet of liquid) – vapor pressure (feet of liquid) + static height of fluid – friction losses (feet of liquid)
Vapor Pressure: this is the pressure at which a liquid will turn into a vapor (steam).
Static height: this is the static height of the liquid above the centerline of the pump suction in feet
Friction Losses: this is the loss in the pipe and fittings coming into the tank and this also has a minor relation to the necessary flow rate of the pump as well.
So, if a pump is being fed from a tank and the low water level is 6’ above the centerline of the pump and the water temp is at 180F the formula would look like this:

NPSHa=(14.7 psi*2.31 ft/psi)-(7.5 psi
*2.31 ft/psi)+6-2 NPSHa=33.96-17.325+6-2 NPSHa=20.635’
Please note this is a very basic example and if you need more help please reach out and we will happily offer more training, show you how we found the numbers, etc.

Tech Article
One of the largest issue we have seen with our engineered pump systems over the last few years is nozzle, or flange, loading of the pumps. While not something people normally look at, it can cause huge issues with the pumps themselves.
Nozzle loads are the net forces and moments exerted on equipment nozzles. In pump systems, excessive nozzle loading occurs when forces and moments acting on the inlet and discharge ports of a pump combine to overcome a certain limit. The loads exerted are predominantly affected by how the connected equipment and piping are supported, misalignment in the system, and thermal expansion of piping material.
Causes and Issues:
- Thermal Expansion – Change in the length of a particular metal because of a change in temperature of that Hot fluid systems can cause pipework to expand with temperature. The expansion intensifies nozzle loading on all three axes.
- Nozzle loads can create torsional stresses across pipework, pumps and supports. For example, in external gear pumps, torsional stresses often lead to uneven gear wear and in severe cases contacting of the pump housing with gears.
- In less severe cases irregular wear will affect tight clearances designed to cater for shaft deflection, therefore slip occurs and the pump needs to run faster to maintain the required flow.
- Excessive nozzle loading can also lead to increased vibrations throughout the pumping This can have a dramatic effect on residual out of balance forces, exacerbating existing nozzle load issues and possible catastrophic pump failure.
- Misalignment is another cause. Connecting fixed pipework to smaller pumps can increase the chance of misalignment as well as sagging from the intrinsic self-weight of piping plus the weight of the fluids.
Solutions and Prevention:
- To minimize nozzle loading, all pipework should be externally supported on both inlet and discharge sides of the Where possible all pipes should be supported at the same level as the pump to reduce the number of bends and potential loading sites in the system.
- The pumping system should be designed with sufficient flexibility to withstand thermal expansion without creating excess forces at the flanges.
- Inlet piping should be free from any flow distributing fittings for a given minimum length to reduce potential pressure spikes.
- Devices that can aid in reducing moments and forces on the inlet condition are a flexible link, hose or bellows.

Victor Pumps has decided to invest in environmental protection and end-user safety by designing a new type of stainless-steel casings for its self-priming centrifugal pumps with semi-open impellers for corrosive, aggressive, and contaminant-laden dirty waters containing suspended solids. The new casings feature a reduced number of covers and openings, which are potential points of leakage or accidental spillage due to improper cover handling by an operator. The pumps affected by this modification are the 1½” S 41+50, S 49+50, and the 2″ S 51+50, S 62+50 models, covering a flow range from 20 to 200 gpm and a suction head of up to -26 ft w.c.
The continuous updating of CF-8M stainless steel castings such as impellers, casings, volutes, and other components is made possible by the innovative casting method starting from 3D prints, overseen firsthand by qualified technical staff of Victor Pumps’ engineering department.

GreenPumps is still expanding their offering in the magnetic drive pump market. A new addition to the GPM series is the GPM 40.2, which has a 2” flanged connection and a low NPSH option offering for the low feed head applications. This new pump is still going to be constructed in the GPM standard 316SS and will be available in the north American market with the NEMA
C-faced motor adapter. Contact us for more information.

He will work alongside Drew and our shop manager Tristan to ensure GPM continues to keep up with the increasing demand and delivers our products in a timely manner. Joey also enjoys the outdoor activities of hunting and fishing and is an excellent addition to the team!
Follow-ups:
One of the big things that we let slide last year was following up on the open proposals we have completed. This is something we hope to remedy this year. We all understand that it can be difficult to get an update, but it helps us with so many different aspects of our business that we do to help you. We utilize to refine our prices so we become more competitive in the future, we use it to help with estimates on stocking volumes and forecasting, and finally we use it to help us better serve you with time invest on the different lines that we work with.

As you know, if you follow us on LinkedIn, GPM was able to do something that few International DP distributors have done, and that is to sell over One Million Euro in product in one year. This is especially noteworthy as we do it without selling many of the pumps with motors unlike our sister distribution groups. In this we can only thank you as a few years ago we sold as many pumps in a year as we are now in a quarter, and again this is thanks to you, our distribution network!
Term Agreements:
Along with follow-ups GPM would like to inform distributors that terms for all clients is set to NET30. Payment follow-ups will be sent to customers that are past this time or ones that may have use set up in their system as a different term agreement. Any questions or concerns, let us know.

PEMO pumps just finished a 75th anniversary celebration, and is looking into making the 76th year something special. There are plans for the ConExpo in Las Vegas, and the offer for a “Try and buy” is still on the table. We are doing all we can to expand the ability to get these engineered lines this year by doing our best to reduce the response time on the proposal, and on the delivery to the best of our abilities.

GPM is trying something new with the Garbarino line this year. We have had a huge focus on our larger pumps and being competitive, but this year for the first time, we are taking Garbarino to the AHR show. The Garbarino multistage is set to easily compete with the other multistage pumps in the market. As we do try and push with this line this year, we are asking our distribution to help us. How are we looking price wise, how is delivery compared to the competition? Let’s see how we can grow this line in North America this year.
Training Classes:
Last year at the second half of the year we had great success with the online classes on the third Thursdays of the month. This being aid we would like to continue this training class schedule going into the spring for everyone. Be it a refresher, a way to bring new people on board, or if you want to invite in customers to learn (please let us know in advance) it’s a great way to reach out to everyone. We hope to have this list finalized by next week so we can get the information out to everyone and get the planning underway.

Happenings:
We are over three-quarters through the 2023 year, and we have been running around crazy for the last few months. Between displaying our latest products at shows, trips to see our OEMS, and visiting distributors there have been many a plane, or car, trip over the last few months.
We hope that we have been in to see you, and please, we want to make it as convenient for you to work with us as possible.
Rick Andrews

We are sad to Announce that on June 28th GPM lost one of our own to his fight with cancer. Rick Andrews worked with GPM for over 20 years and was still working with us as an advisor on “large engineered projects”. Rick had unofficially retired to North Carlina and is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren. His departure will be felt within our ranks for some time.
DP Pumps
We have said it before, and we will say it again…the Low NSPH are coming. We now have “unofficially” started with the 40 series here in the US and have the impellers and materials on the shelf. Also, the first set of 25 series low NPSH are coming (of which we have already sold 3). The best part of this new offering is that the 60 series pump with the original impeller actually tested as low NPSH so there is no upcharge for this. We are waiting for the official release from the factory, but we have the curves and some of the equipment in house already. When we get the 25 series we will definitely let you know.
Also, we currently have some of the best delivery timeson the DP Product in the industry. We have nearly doubled out DP inventory to insure that you get the pump that you need in a timely manner. So, right now we can get you a pump in short order to help fit your customers’ needs.

Term Agreements:
GPM would like to remind our distributors that terms for all clients is set to NET30. Payment follow-ups will be sent to customers that are past due or that may have been set up in their system as a different term agreement. Please let us know of any questions or concerns.

PEMO pumps recently just modified their agreement with GPM and we are now the sole location for aftermarket NON-OEM parts, service, and sales for the United States. This change now allows us to focus strongly on growing this brand in the sludge and slurry market in the United States.

Greenpumps offers their GPT and GPTA line which is a Regenerative Turbine Design pump and although regenerative turbines are technically considered a centrifugal pump they operate differently. The primary difference is that a regenerative turbine pump has fluid travel through the impeller vanes multiple times instead of once like a standard centrifugal due to the special design of the impeller. Each time the fluid cycles through the impeller vanes it is called regeneration, hence the name. The regenerative action of the vanes imparts a positive displacement effect on the fluid and with each pass through the impeller, a small increment of pressure is added. This cumulative pressure build-up allows regenerative turbine pumps to generate high pressure even with a low flow rate. As a result of this regeneration, the pump has the capability of building ten or more times the pressure of a standard centrifugal pump with the same impeller diameter and speed. Another advantage of the regenerative turbine impeller design is its ability to pump up to 40 % entrained gases without fear of cavitation. Due to these abilities the regenerative turbine pump is a great option for smaller boiler feed systems, high-pressure cleaning systems and certain chemical processes.

Cardinal Pump-St. Louis, MO
Hugh M. Cunningham, Carrolton, TX
James, Cooke, and Hobson, Phoenix, AZ.
Mechanical Equipment Co, Matthews, NC
PBBS, Menomonee Falls, Wi
The Future:
Everyone should plan on a visit from their regional manager within the next couple of months. We are looking forward to any shows, open houses, or other events that you have going on and look forward to assisting with them.
We are all looking forward to continuing a great 2023 and going into 2024 with a huge amount of momentum.
Best Regards,

Summer 2022 Newsletter
Happenings:
Welcome to halfway through 2022! I will be honest we just did not get the spring issue out as we have been running around crazy this year seeing all of you!
One of the newest things we have started doing is monthly product webinars. The webinars started in June with a general all-encompassing presentation and will be working through all our different manufacturers. If you have one specifically you would like to learn more about, please let us know. This is a great refresher for existing employees, and a great trainer for new employees as well.
New Additions to GPM

Since the last newsletter we have once again added new people to the team!
First off to help with our ever-growing accounts we added in Dee Stewart. She and Debbie are keeping the ship running by sending out the timely invoices for the pumps and valves. She is also helping with the research as we are adding new distributors to the mix.
Next is Jaden Richards. Jaden joins our inside sales team alongside Dan and Greg to support our customers. He will be working over the next few months to learn the GPM product lines to provide our customers with the best solutions to meet their needs. He will also be responsible for direct customer contact in all areas relating to inquiries, orders, order entry, pricing, delivery dates, etc. At GPM, we want to ensure that we continually grow to meet the growing needs of all our customers and Jaden is certainly a great addition to the team to help us do exactly that.

DP pump has shown us how a quality product can work against even the most established competitors this year. Something we have is that the new 40 series low NPSH is done, and they are now working on the 25 series as well. These items should both be readily available before the end of the year. The 60 series low NPSH impeller will be introduced in 2023.
We are almost out of the IEC motor mess from the beginning of the year and will be offering an additional 5% discount on any of our existing IEC motor pumps. If you need one, please request it and let us know that you want the discount.
There will be another revision to the price pages coming based on a price increase from Europe. These should be available before and implemented on August 1, 2022.

Everyone may have noticed that the HDL Ball Checks have started showing up in a red epoxy over the traditional blue in the past. This has been a manufacturing process change and will be the new standard. Nothing other than the pigment color has changed the epoxy is still the same stuff so the valve still maintains its AWWA listing.

PEMO will be our next product online seminar review. We are planning this for July 28th, and if you are interested, please contact your regional and he can get you the information for the Teams meeting. This event should be about one hour long and will cover the full PEMO product offering.

The GreenPumps line is always seeing new interest. This line has always been a strong competitor in the chemical industry, both as a circulation pump and as a transfer pump. The varied materials of construction as well as the variety of o-rings and gaskets available make it an easy fit for any application.
European Madness:
Every year about this time we try and warn everyone about the upcoming summer closure. Most of the European community takes a portion of August off, and never at the same time. This will slow down our responses to request for quotes, acknowledgments of PO’s and completion of orders as there will be few people there to get us the answers we need.
2022 Events:
Halfway through 2022 and we have finished the AHR that was in Las Vegas (was great to see so many of you), and we are preparing for the September ASPE show in Indianapolis. Our Regionals have been busy helping and attending the shows with you and while supplying pumps and valves. So far, I know there have been events in Florida, Arkansas, Minnesota, New York, Colorado, Utah, and many more. Let us know you when have an event coming up as we would be happy to attend and bring in equipment and literature to help you out.
Who is on Top?
Every year everyone asks how they are doing, who is the top, and GPM is going to be awarding their top ten distributors a plaque at the end of the year. Who is on top you ask? Well, here are the current top five, in no particular order:
• Pumps and Systems, Dearborn, MI
• Cardinal Pump-St. Louis, MO
• Hugh M. Cunningham, Carrolton, TX
• Texas Steam-Houston, TX
• James, Cooke, and Hobson, Phoenix, AZ.
The Future:
Right now, we are simply happy to be helping you and are looking forward to what the next quarter brings with the new distribution that we are adding. Out west we will soon be looking for an additional Regional Sales Manager for that territory.
We are all looking forward to continuing a great 2022.
Best Regards,

GPM Pump Points, January 2021
Happenings:
It looks as 2021 is going to start very much as 2020 has run: with lots of confusion. What we do know is that there are no currently scheduled national shows for us at this time (ASHRAE was cancelled and ASPE isn’t till 2022). This newsletter will be a little bit of a departure from
the norm as there is a lot of general info for sharing within your organization.
2021 DP Price sheets have been released but that is for the pumps only. We haven’t gotten the new parts prices yet so there is going to be a revision coming out soon.
The New Guy:
GPM has hired a new Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Scott Sturm is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors in Business Marketing and Sales. After working five years in
the pump distribution world Scott will be covering the Midwest for us. His experience working with distributors and end users should benefit distributors as well as being an asset to
the GPM team.
With Scott taking over the Midwest it enables Paul Marchi to assist our distributors in the
Northeast and Southeast (with an occasional trip to the Southwest as well). New distributor
growth and development will be Paul’s primary focus over the first part of 2021.
BALDOR
Our standard motor supplier for all pump lines is Baldor. We have been working with them for
several years. We stock most sizes of motors in our warehouse here. The small distance to
Baldor’s local warehouse makes it a great benefit for us and our distributors when our stock
is not enough to service you.
One of the new things that we are working to offer with them is a VFD equipped motor. This
will come prewired with an ABB VFD. Lead time is six weeks now but they are working to improve it. The biggest change for us will be that when you place the order we have to know what the supply voltage will be.

These motors will be available up to 10 HP on all the pump lines (DP, GreenPump, PEMO and Victor) and we will be happy to get you a quote and information on the motors if you need it.

One of the most common questions is “Can HDL comply with Buy America/AIS requirements?” This is something that we are proud to respond
to with a resounding “YES”. Lead times will be a little longer and we need the required paperwork quickly so we can keep delivery times to a minimum. This is also something you can use when working with an engineer as the competitors in this market are not compliant.
Internal Madness:
Attached to this email is a current contact sheet for the people here at GPM. While we will gladly accept any and all orders from you, the easiest most efficient way for you to get the order in the system, is to e-mail it to AR@GPMpumps.com .
Technical questions, brochure requests, and anything else along those lines can go to the
Regionals or the inside group. This would be the same process for quotes on all equipment lines. We answer the phone and promise that you will
talk to a human!
Brochures and Literature:
So you are a GPM distributor and you are finally getting a little traction in your territory.
What would you think would be the next step in conquering your empire? How about GPM
brochures and literature that incorporate your company’s logo. When you drop it off, your
customers will know who dropped it off.

Any of our product flyer pages can be easily customized with your company’s logo and information. All we need is your logo and we can print them and ship them to you for use by
your sales force. There are a few pieces that we might not be able to customize, but if you need something let us know and we will get it shipped out. If you do not have the brochure order forms, please let us know and we can get them to you!
2021 Events:
As we mentioned the big shows for 2021 have been cancelled, but we still want to be active with you. Last year we did a couple of “open House” events with distributors and would welcome the chance to do this again. If you do have any other regional shows please let us know, even if they are tentative, so we can get them on the schedule and get you the demos and literature that you need.
The Future:
With the beginning of the year everyone should have seen an email regarding projections for
2021. We never want to issue a quota, but we want you to tell us what you think you can do for the year. If you have responded, thank you very much. If not, can you please spend a few
moments to complete our request. It makes our lives easier for developing a plan for stocking
strategies, and overall improving our service to you.
We are all looking forward to a great 2021, and here is to putting 2020 in the rearview mirror.
Best Regards, “The GPM Team!!”
